There is significant surface dirt, notably in the crevices, and lichen and moss throughout the surface. Significant erosion is visible throughout the surface due to long outside exposure. There are many chips and larger losses to some of the high points and along the edges of the base. The natural veining has been deepened in some places by rainwater flow and variation of temperature. The proper right arm is partly missing, as well as the tip of the nose.
