- Haut. 85 cm, long. 115 cm ; height 33 1/2 in., lenght 45 1/4 in.
Condition
The photograph is quite accurate.The model seems complete. The fabric sails are knotted so their condition cannot be checked but they are all present. The first mast stability was reinforced by a nail at the base. Impressive model which would benefit from a gentle cleaning.

Built in 1738, the ship La Superbe sank near Guérande in 1759, during the Seven Years' War.
