designed in 1991gilt patinated bronze Both monogrammed FXL, stamped F.X. LALANNE, numbered 28/500 and 34/500 and with manufacturer's mark ARTCURIAL on the underside
Condition
Good overall condition. The surface presents with a few slightly darker oxidation traces. The gilding of one elephant is slightly more tarnished and presents with some light wear throughout with a few instances of pitting and some light oxidation in the recessed areas. The balls are removable and uncover a candlestick. Both ball present with some light tarnishing and some concentrated oxidation traces. One elephant presents with vert-de-gris traces on the underside.
