Condition

This work has recently been carefully restored. The white painted areas are slightly dirty, which is consistent with the date of execution of the sculpture. The bottom edges present some faint wear marks in places. One small loss of medium is visible under close inspection near the blue spot on the inner side of the serpent’s tail.
