Condition
Good condition. The board is flat and even. There are a few tiny spots of paint flaking in the lower left corner, and a few tiny signs of abrasion in the signature. UV light reveals an even varnish and no visible signs of retouching. The colours have slightly less of an orange cast in reality than in the catalogue illustration.

Catalogue Note
The cardboard bears the stamp of Muller Manufacturer in Paris. Therefore, this painting was painted during Pasini's stay in France, at the beginning of the 1850's.
