Maroquin vert, dos à nerfs soulignés d’une roulette dorée, caissons ornés, pièces de titre et de tomaison de maroquin rouge, armes dorées au centre des plats dans un triple encadrement doré avec petit fer d’angle, roulette intérieure, tranches dorées (Reliure de l'époque).Reliure passée, trois minuscules trous de vers aux mors. Édition originale. Chevalier de l'ordre royal et militaire de Saint-Louis, ancien capitaine de grenadiers au régiment de Champagne, Pierre Adam d'Origny consacre une partie de sa préface aux faits d'armes de son neveu, Nicolas Pierre, mort en 1761. Exemplaire aux armes de Marie Leczinska. Selon Olivier, la plupart des livres de la bibliothèque de la reine, ouvrages principalement de piété ou d’histoire, furent reliés par Padeloup.
