Manuscrit de 160 pages in-4 oblong (250 x 330 mm) et nombreux feuillets vierges, tous avec portées musicales (131 pages dans un sens et 29 pages reliées dans l'autre sens et débutant de l'autre coté de l'album). Demi-veau (Reliure de l'époque). Traces d'usure à la reliure (dos frotté, mors fendus, manque de papier), coutures lâches, quelques feuillets courts de marge supérieure affectant les titres des œuvres (altérés par le couteau du relieur), quelques rousseurs. Manuscrit français ou suisse du XIXe siècle, avec musique notée et paroles, d'airs et de chants d'opéra , la plus grande majorité en français, parmi lesquels Carafa (Eufemio di Messina), Donizetti (Dom Sébastien), Meyerbeer (Robert le diable), Auber (Le domino noir) et Hérold (Zampa).
