In-12 (147 x 82 mm). Maroquin rouge, dos à nerfs, dentelle intérieure, tranches dorées (Reliure du XIXe siècle).Plats et dos très légèrement tachés. Titre et quelques feuillets habilement restaurés. Rare édition originale de cette pièce donnée pour la première fois au théâtre du Palais-Royal le 24 mai 1671. Si le succès de la pièce fut mitigé et les recettes faibles, Molière, dans le rôle de Scapin, y déploya toutes les facettes de son talent. Provenance : A. Perreau (ex-libris).
