In-8 (235 x 142 mm). Demi-maroquin vert à bandes, dos lisse (Reliure moderne).Dos légèrement passé. Album factice réunissant de 42 ravissantes aquatintes en couleurs signées "R. Ackermann’s Repository of Art &c. Pubd Augt 1 1819" auxquelles s’ajoute une carte des glaciers du canton de Berne. La plupart, gravées d’après les dessins des peintres et graveurs suisses Gabriel-Louis Lory et son fils Mathias, sont tirées de l’ouvrage de Schoberl Picturesque tour from Geneva to Milan, by way of the Simplon. Elles représentent des vues de Suisse et d’Italie du Nord. Référence : Lonchamp, 1850.
