the rounded sides rising from three tubular legs to a galleried rim, set with a pair of upright loop handles, decorated with silver-wire inlay with stylised archaistic scrolls below key-fret bands along the rim and the handles, the domed cover pierced with quatrefoil cartouches and surmounted by a Buddhist lion finial, Japanese wood box
