Description

  • 9.5 and 10.2 cm, 3 3/4  and 4 in.
the brushrest modelled in the form of a five-peak mountain with clambering monkeys, applied with a robin's egg glaze, the white-glazed brushpot finely reticulated with flower balls against a ground of leiwen, all below pendent ruyi encircling the rim

Condition

Good overall condition with expected crackles to the brushpot, including one extending over the rim. Light enamel wear to the brushrest with original firing imperfections.
