  • 6.7 cm, 2 5/8  in.
each of the exterior enamelled with gnarled branches issuing gourds and peonies, the interior with a medallion enclosing a bird with outstretched wings

Condition

Both cups are in good condition, with expected surface wear and rubbing to the gilt decoration, especially to the mouth rim of one cup. There is a faint branched body line to one cup that is original to the firing.
