Description

  • 7.1 and 5.8 cm, 2 3/4  and 2 1/4  in.
the bangle with straight sides forming the cylindrical body; the slide carved in relief to the top with a chilong and its young

Condition

The lower left corner of the chilong scabbard slide is chipped and polished off as visible ‎on the catalogue photos, which appears to be an old damage, most likely there already when the piece was found. There are also a couple of cutting flaws to the disc which appear also to be the original condition of the piece when it was collected and not a later damage.
