- 7.1 and 5.8 cm, 2 3/4 and 2 1/4 in.
the bangle with straight sides forming the cylindrical body; the slide carved in relief to the top with a chilong and its young
Condition
The lower left corner of the chilong scabbard slide is chipped and polished off as visible on the catalogue photos, which appears to be an old damage, most likely there already when the piece was found. There are also a couple of cutting flaws to the disc which appear also to be the original condition of the piece when it was collected and not a later damage.
