modelled in the form of a young girl lying on her side with head resting on her arms and legs tucked in, the back gently flattened in a concave rectangular panel behind the head to form the top of the pillow

The pillow has several long cracks, some are original to firing. Some branches have been stabilised, especially on the underside. Certain areas have been slightly retouched, including her nose. There are several flakes along the lower edge and a dent to the rear of her head. There is some expected occasional wear or rubbing to the surface enamels, predominantly along the edges.
