Condition

There are characteristic firing flaws, including unevenness and discolouration of the glaze, burst bubbles and an approx. 1 cm original infilled section. The footring has been drilled with two holes and the dating of this vase is consistent with the results of the thermoluminescence (TL) test of Oxford Authentication Ltd, no. 866h38.
