- 7.5 cm, 3 in.
of barrel form, the exterior encircled with unevenly spaced carved lines, the upper section pierced with columnar openings on four sides, the top with a circular aperture
Provenance
Acquired in Hong Kong in 2015.
Condition
The parfumier is in good overall condition with expected flakes and wear to the crackled glaze. There are expected firing imperfections, including an approx. 0.4 cm loss to the lower body.

A similar Northern Qi dynasty parfumier was excavated from the tomb of Jia Jin, the General of Chariot and Cavalry and Superintendent of the Palace, now preserved in Anyang Museum, Henan province, Anyang excavation no. M54:90.
