Description

  • Length 2 1/2  in., 6.2 cm
of flattened cylindrical form pierced through the center, the sides carved in low relief with five registers of C-curls bordered by a thin lipped rim at each end, the stone a pale celadon color with a thin layer of beige and white calcification on the surface

Condition

There is a shallow chip to one rim and a minute chip to the other. Overall with minute scattered nicks, surface unevenness, and a small patch of calcification. The stone is paler and greener than in the printed catalogue.
