Description

  • 17.2 cm, 6 3/4  in.
the ovoid body with a flat back and supported on a splayed foot, rising to a waisted neck flanked by a pair of beast masks, the convex body decorated with a large lotus bloom wreathed by scrolling foliage, covered overall in a celadon glaze

Condition

There are three shallow rim flakes, largest approx 0.7cm. Some expected firing flaws, surface wear and dark speckles to the glaze.
