Description

  • 25.3 cm, 10 in.
the compressed baluster form moulded with horizontal ribs, gently sweeping up to cylindrical neck and an everted rim, boldly painted with detached flower blooms in underglaze red wreathed by scrolling leaves in underglaze blue, between trefoil lappets at the rim and lappets around the foot

Condition

The vase is generally in good condition, there is soiling to the surface glaze, a couple of burst air bubbles to the rim, and further occasional firing impurities.
