  • 19.9 cm, 7 7/8  in.
the bell-shaped body rising to a tall cylindrical neck and a lipped rim, boldly painted on both sides with a stylised kui phoenix design, its head on the neck of the vase dissolving into abstract blue scrolls draping over the shoulders against a plain white ground, the base with an apocryphal Chenghua mark, wood stand

Condition

There is a chip and a bruise to the inner foot, each measuring approx. 1.2 cm. Other typical firing imperfections and general surface wear.
