Description

  • 19.3 cm, 7 5/8  in.
in the form of a ruyi, decorated around the lobed side with panels enclosing lotus blooms against a leiwen ground, the top similarly carved with leafy scrolls surrounding a bat and a lotus, and further embellished with a celadon jade chime carved with bats among clouds

Condition

There is a 1.5 by 1.2cm restored break to the base. Small crack to the rim.
