Description

  • 14.5 cm, 5 5/8  in.
the straight sides painted in iron red with a band of squared scrolls formed from confronting kui dragons, between trefoil and lappet bands, the interior moulded with a grid in gilt borders, dividing scattered floral sprays, the turquoise base inscribed with a six-character Daoguang seal mark in iron red

Condition

Good condition, with only minor enamel wear, rubbing to the gilding, and firing flaws.
