of rectangular form, decorated with a jardinière of nandina berries raised on a stand above a ruyi scepter, flanked by a pair of flying bats, all reserved against a brown lacquer ground, wood frame
Condition
The inlaid porcelain panels/parts are of overall good condition except for a fine firing crack at the knot of the ruyi end, as well as some wear on glaze, mostly on the iron red. There are also a few age cracks to the painted red lacquer ground
