A great cigars and leather flavour, with brambly, soft tannins and glycerol that coats the mouth. Very serious, top flight Pauillac and an absolute winner with Cantonese roast goose. The taste is with me still - ultimate longevity, which we all desire. I think this wine will help us to achieve it!
