Bollinger Grande Année 1995 Excellent appearance63% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay. Last tasted from magnum in 2008. An incredibly heathery, even smoky nose. Very rich and 'broad'. Mocha and greengages. Creamy, full and round. Maybe the 1996 has more class, but this has big Bolly impact. Like eating greengages. Creamy hazelnuts at the end.
