Description

  • 38.5cm. max. height
of pear-shaped form with flaring grooved neck and flattened rim in the form of two stylised wings and punched foliate designs, with a curvilinear handle surmounted by a bold palmette thumbpiece, on a tall foot with incised flowerhead motif to underside

Condition

The palmette with break near stem and associated restoration, some erosion to the surface and minor dents, with erosion to interior, as constitent with age, as viewed.
