Condition

The panel is sound. There is an uneven varnish preventing UV light from fully penetrating, however examination under UV light appears to reveal a few minor dots of retouching, most predominately along the extremes edges and towards the upper right corner. There are a few horizontal scratches (the longest of which is approx. 13 cm long), with associated lines of retouching visible under UV light. There are a few tiny stable lines of craquelure in places. There is some frame rubbing with associated paint loss along the extremes edges. This work is in overall good condition. Please note that greens are a bit more vivid than in the printed catalogue illustration.
