Condition

The colours in the printed catalogue illustration are fairly accurate. The composition is glued verso to the mount, which is taped by the edges to the matt. There is a horizontal crack in the paint from the left to the right edge, visible under close inspection. Further inspection reveals a small rectangular crack in the lower left corner. There is a sketch and an inscription on the reverse of the work.
