Petrus 1975 Pomerolu. 2ts, 2t/hs, 2hs, cellar soiled and slightly wrinkled labels, slightly torn and corroded capsulesVery minerally, very 'irony' nose. Total breed. Lots of great, fresh, violetty fruit. So silky and such finesse. So sweet at the end. It sometimes has a bouquet of wild boar (the cooked version!), a glorious, gamey taste and a lovely aniseed finish. In 2012, a superlative 'exotic' nose. Superb, irony centre.
