Nuits St. Georges, Clos de la Maréchale 2005 Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier Côte de Nuits, 1er Cru1 slightly scuffed capsuleThis lovely Mugnier monopoly of just under 10 hectares of old vines is the largest monopoly on the Côte d'Or. In 2016, this has a strong, forthright Nuits nose, bringing in the floral and raspberry notes of the 1ers crus of Prémeaux. Lots of flesh and structure on the palate.
