Condition

Overall in very good condition. The silver presents with minor surface scratches and minor shallow dents throughout consistent with age and gentle handling. The dial presents a slightly more pronounced horizontal scratch on the left side measuring approximately 1 inch wide. The dial presents a minor area of slight discoloration, measuring approximately 3/16 inches long, with some more concentrated surface scratches due to the movement of the clock hands, not visually distracting. The dial presents some concentrated minor abrasions where the hands affix to the plate. The dial contains three out of four screws, the missing screw is not visually distracting. The underside of the clock with more concentrated surface scratches and with remnants of old adhesive and paper, and some traces of polish residue to the recesses. The blood orange enamel on stylized heart terminals presents some minor surface scratches, not visually distracting. The face enamel in blues and greens appears to be in excellent undisturbed condition. A very elegant work by Knox.
