Condition

The panel is flat and providing a stable structural support. There are areas of very fine craquelure on the pinafore of the female figure but this is only visible upon very close inspection. The paint surface appears clean and the picture is ready to hang. UNDER ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT There are no obvious signs of retouching. FRAME The picture is contained in a moulded plaster frame.
