8vo (188 x 127mm.), LIMITED EDITION, one of 150 copies, from a total edition of 175, printed in black and red, initials supplied by hand in blue by Graily Hewitt, green morocco with ornate gilt tooling by Douglas Cockerell (W. H. Smith bindery gilt stamp on  lower board doublure), spine in compartments with gilt title and date, all edges gilt, (John Roland Abbey, his bookplate) "One of the most charming work of a modest sort that the Press Produced." (Colin Franklin, The Private Presses, p. 61)
