Catalogue Note

VERY RARE. The second edition of Rudolff's book on reckoning and arithmetic, first published in 1526 (VD16 R 3450, listing one copy only, in Nuremberg). This was issued twice in 1532, in Nuremberg (as here) and in Wittenberg by Georg Rhau (VD16 R3452, also listing one copy only, in Nuremberg). The "Wellischen practica" is the Italian method of solving arithmetical problems.
