4to (185 x 130mm.), 2 folding woodcut plates (smaller than text pages), woodcut text illustrations and diagrams, old reused and repaired vellum, later ink annotations at end, restoration throughout (mostly marginal, with slight loss to text at places), one plate repaired with loss, a few leaves trimmed, M2 with small hole, quire Q bound after quire R, vellum soiled, new endpapers
