Catalogue Note

A RARE APPARENTLY UNRECORDED VARIANT BINDING, identical to that recorded in Schuster & Engen under reference 167 1b), but in green cloth rather than brown.  Greenaway contributed the frontispiece and three other of the eight illustrations, all of which are present here (some copies only include five).
