Condition

Both panels are comprised of two horizontal panels that have been joined together (visible to the naked eye from the front) and laid down on additional panels. Both panels present well overall, aside from surface dirt and dust and scattered abrasions, scuffs, and losses throughout. On the panel with the helmet facing left: there is a horizontal panel crack extending from the left lower edge to the end of the lion's proper left forearm. There is an indentation at the lower right of the central medallion that is likely inherent to the panel.
