Condition

The canvas has not been lined. There is artist's paint on the reverse of the canvas. Overall the work is in good original condition. There is a faint diagonal surface scratch in the centre left of the composition. There are some scattered specks of surface dirt, otherwise the work is ready to hang. UV light inspection reveals no evidence of retouching or restoration. Held in the original frame.
