Condition

There is a hairline in the well of the plate extending diagonally from 6 o'clock to 10 o'clock measuring approx. 4 1/2 in., and there are two minute chips to the rim edge at 7 and 12 o'clock. There is minor wear to the enamel and gilding on the center arms.
