the flattened pear-shaped body rising from a short spreading foot to a tall neck, flanked by a pair of dragon handles issuing rings, carved to each side in low-relief with archaistic taotie masks, the cover attached to three interlinked chains suspended from a panel reticulated with a pair of dragons confronting a pearl, the stone of an even pale celadon tone
The vase: 18 cm, 7 1/8  in.
