Description

  • 5.4 cm, 2 1/8  in.
of rectangular form, carved in low relief to one side with a lone pine tree in a mountainous waterscape, the reverse with an inscription reading richang ru xiaonian (a day like a year) and yuwan (jade to be enjoyed), the stone of an even white colour

Condition

This is in overall fairly good condition, apart from numerous minute nicks from extremities, the colour of the jade is slightly more celadon than illustrated.
