Description

  • 10 cm, 4 in.
covered overall with a pale lavender-blue glaze, rising to a narrow waisted neck recessed into the shoulder and forming a deep channel around the rim, the white glazed base with a six-character apocryphal Kangix mark in underglaze blue

Collection of Gustav Detring (1842-1913) and/or Constantin von Hanneken (1854-1925), and thence by descent.

Condition

This jar is in very good condition, with the exception of some minor surface scratches and firing imperfections.
