Description

  • 20.5 cm, 8 1/8  in.
the deep rounded sides rising from a short straight foot to an everted rim, freely carved to the interior with a lotus medallion reserved against a combed ground, covered overall in a creamy-white glaze falling short of the footring to reveal the greyish-buff body

Condition

The bowl is in good condition with the exception of a 5mm., glaze firing imperfection to the interior of the rim, remnants of firing spurs to the interior and a 2mm., glaze chip to the rim.
