the lobed tapering ovoid body rising from a short spreading foot to a narrow short tapering neck, covered overall with a rich reddish-brown glaze falling short of the foot to reveal the buff body, the domed cover surmounted by a finial and similarly glazed

Condition

The jar and cover are in very good condition with the exception of some minor glaze scratches.
