  • printed canvas, beech, brass, painted steel, printed linen
  • 37 by 65.5 by 51cm., 14½ by 25¾ by 20in.
  • Made in the late 19th century.
with lift out tray, each side painted 'V. D.' and '9'

Condition

Atmospheric. Typical old marks and scratches and wear from age and use. Printed canvas with some frayed holes. Paint to metal hasps and mount with losses, some splits to metal seams. Residual dirt. Brass polished. Of great charm.
