- Height 15 1/4 in., 38.7 cm
the tall ovoid body rising to a waisted neck supporting a cupped mouth with a rolled lip rim, the broad shoulders set with a pair of dragon handles springing from the shoulders to the rim of the vessel, the upper portion dipped in a pale caramel-colored glaze stopping well short of the unglazed base

Condition
The amphora is in overall good condition with only minor expected wear commensurate with age (including scattered small, shallow chips and flakes to the handles and body, minor frits to the glaze, and minor discoloration from burial (all as illustrated)), and minor firing imperfections (including thin firing tears to one side of the shoulder and scattered small burst bubbles).
