the deity seated with the left arm on a beast-mask fronted rest, the right hand holding a ruyi scepter, the serene face with a downward gaze framed by a topknot coiffure and knotted tresses trailing down the shoulders of her draped garment, carved wood stand

Condition

There is restoration to the head of the ruyi held by the figure. There appears to be a thin layer of clear coating/ residue to some areas. Some surface wear and minor firing imperfections. Please note that this lot includes a stand, frame or other component made from a type of Chinese hardwood, which, if exported, will require a CITES permit to leave the United States.
