struck with workmaster's mark A.P. (Cyrillic), possibly for Alexander Panfilov, 84 standard

Condition

Some retouching throughout the painting, especially to the figure of God the Father on top and to the faces of the other figures. The red mantle of the executioner especially retouched. The oklad with a few minor areas of gilding loss and some flaking to the lower edge.
