Condition

The sheet is slightly undulating and there are handling marks along the edges. There are areas of fine craquelure to the yellow and red pigment on the figures shoulders, wrists and torso. There is a faint diagonal crease to the upper right corner and a tiny tear to the upper right edge.There is a layer of surface dirt with spots in places. There is foxing scattered throughout. The sheet has been adhered to the mount at the top. Held in a carved wooden frame behind glass. Unexamined out of frame.
