Condition

The artist has attached wooden strips along the edges of the board. There are minor losses to the paint surface at the very edges. There is craquelure throughout which is slightly lifting in places, in particular in the upper quadrant of the work. There are a number of losses to the paint surface, notably to the green diagonal strip in the upper left, to the tip of the triangle in the upper right and to the area about 8cm to the right of the signature, as well as further flecks elsewhere. There is a covering of surface dirt. Inspection under UV light does not reveal any apparent signs of retouching. Held in a simple wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
